Terms of service

Wishcast is operated by Revenant Machine ("we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must give a real email address and keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account. One person per account; studios can use team plans when they open.

Your games

Only add games you develop, publish or market. We may ask you to confirm ownership before enabling paid features.

Steam data

Wishcast reads public Steam store data and files you upload. Store art, names and text shown in the tools belong to their owners and are displayed for analysis only. Wishcast isn't affiliated with Valve.

Estimates

Scores, forecasts and suggestions are estimates to help you decide. They are not guarantees of wishlists, sales or revenue.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape Wishcast, overload it, try to access other accounts, or use it to break Steam's or anyone else's terms.

Paid plans

Paid plans will bill monthly or yearly in advance and can be cancelled any time, taking effect at the end of the billing period. Founding-member discounts stay while the subscription stays active.

Ending your account

You can delete your account from Account settings at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

Wishcast is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
